As a member of the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI), Robert brings highly valued expertise to Prevot Design and its clients. Robert’s experience as a former Marine in the United States Marine Core allows him to combine the discipline and dedication of his military background with the diligence and precision required to oversee construction documents and specifications.

A thorough review of construction documents and specifications is as pertinent as the design of the space itself and most critical to a successful outcome. While every role and position in the process is of the highest importance, Robert’s contribution to the team cannot be understated, as it is the specifications and construction documents that provide clear instructions regarding the project’s intent, performance and construction. Robert’s expertise and approach to precise specifications and construction documents reduces purchasing costs, ensures constant quality and allows for accurate bidding among suppliers which is a valuable cost reduction measure in and of itself.

When Robert is not acting as Director of Contract Administration for Prevot Design, he is busy enjoying rainy days and laughing his way through life with his wife, two daughters and son.
